Calvin Hayes
Calvin has been part of the development process and intimate with construction execution for over 3 million sf of multi-family developments, which includes over 1500 apartment units. Calvin previously served as the Vice President of Construction Operations for one of largest and most recognized construction-development firms in the mid-west.
Although, Calvin's construction roots are in the Pacific Northwest, his experience spans nationwide including in Alaska, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado and California.
Calvin has worked on prior developments and construction projects in the Coachella Valley, including the exclusive Madison Club and the Hideaway in La Quinta, Terra Lago in Indio, Indian Canyon Interchange in Palm Springs and many other projects throughout the Valley.
Calvin's multi-family experience and new found passion was discovered in Minnesota first building for the Trammell Crow Company and The Carlyle Group next to Target Field. Calvin has built many types of housing including a Minnesota Vikings Stadium influenced Warming Hut for the Super Bowl to a 25-Story post-tensioned high-rise and everything in-between.

Indian Canyon Interchange
Indian Canyon Interchange Improvement Project at Interstate 10
o Type of Construction: Replaced the existing overcrossing with a new six-lane overcrossing that included bike lanes on each side. Other improvements included new on-ramps from northbound Indian Canyon Drive to westbound I-10 and from Garnet Avenue to eastbound I-10, and realignment of the remaining ramps to reduce congestion and help improve air quality.
